Our transcription services include the transcription of digital videos. These can be saved to DVD or CD media and sent to us; or uploaded via our secure internet transfer facility. If you wish to make use of this facility, please contact us for a password.

The transcripts can be time stamped if required. The same turnaround time and transcription process for audio transcription will apply to video transcription.

Video Quality

It is best to receive high quality digital video i.e. minimum compression, as the best possible visual and audio quality speeds up the transcription turnaround time and results in a superior transcript. Rates will be increased for video/audio that is of a poor quality as this will require a longer transcription time. Our standard transcript indicators will be used where the audio cannot be clearly discerned.
